Welcome to the website for the North Central Region Girl Guides.  Our region covers all of Bendigo plus the surrounding areas of Heathcote, Castlemaine and Harcourt.

Girl Guides provides girls and young women with fantastic opportunities to meet personal challenges, to learn team building and leadership skills and to make new friends along the way.  Guiding is for girls of all ages, cultures and abilities and offers a safe and secure environment. 

Guide members are:

  • aged from 5 years
  • only female
  • from all sections of our community
  • have joined because they want challenge, fun and friendship in a supportive, safe peer environment
  • expected to do their best, at their level, in their way.
Our program offers activities in the areas of personal, physical, practical and self development.

You can join us in sharing experiences and making friendships that can last a lifetime.  No matter where you live, there is a Guide Unit near you!!
